The mission of EXIMA is to provide the citizens of the Russian Federation with quality food at reasonable prices through comprehensive development of agriculture and surrounding infrastructure. We strive to implement innovative projects, to continuously improve production processes and organizational structure of the company.
The main goal of the company is fast and efficient business development in key areas of our activity and leadership in the area of meat processing and food marketing as well as in swine and cattle genetics.
We do not consider a strategy to be a long-term plan of actions, but as our common corporate philosophy and the central idea in the constantly changing market conditions.
The long-term strategy of the company includes:

In order to continuously improve the quality of our products and to have better control of the company we implement advanced management systems, in particular, the «Toyota management system», the ideology of «lean manufacturing» and the concept of «Six Sigma.»
