Company «EXIMA» was founded in  1991  through privatization of a state association. By perfect execution of all its obligations under business contracts related to purchase, payments, deliveries, acceptance and sales of foodstuffs in the Moscow region, »EXIMA» gained credibility in the domestic and foreign markets.

At the time when the Russian agriculture and most of the processing industries faced a severe crisis caused by unbalanced institutional reforms and a sharp decline in state support for the agro-industrial complex, decrease of the people’s purchasing power and demand, »EXIMA» started integrating into the agricultural production and invest in processing enterprises of the country.

In  a market economy, in order to become economically efficient, the enterprises of the agro-industrial complex are compelled to improve their management system and organizational structure, diversify their activities and enter new markets. An important focus of this task is the establishment of agro-industrial holdings embracing farms, processing facilities, financial and commercial structures.
